Health and Wellness
CFF’s health and wellness programs are offered to both the youth and the adults we serve. Thanks to partnerships with community-minded organizations such as Sierra Health Foundation, Morton Golf Foundation, USTA NorCal, Sacramento Kings, River Cats, Nationwide Insurance and others, CFF’s focus on health and wellness was strengthened in 2014 when we realized that many of those we serve did not have access to basic nutrition information and couldn’t afford the high costs associated with adult and/or youth athletics. As a result, many were missing out on the value of good health and wellness. Good health is a basic component to a healthy community and CFF, and our community partners, strive to improve the communities we serve.
