Center for Fathers and Families (CFF) General Education Development (GED) Preparation & Completion Program is a combination of in-class work with a teacher providing support and personal work on an online preparation program.  Students are assessed using the official GED Ready Test (practice test).  Afterward, students are guided through an individualized plan to prepare for the each of the GED subjects; Social Studies, Science, Reasoning Through Language Arts, and Mathematical Reasoning.  Once adequate scores are obtained on the preparation work, the cost of the official GED test is covered for the student to test at an official GED testing center.

The goal of the CFF GED Preparation Program is to prepare students to take their GED so they are able to obtain further education/training and gain employment.  We are a Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (Seta) service provider for ABE/GED services and a program funded by Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) funding for adults.
