Shoveling snow in the winter and cutting grass in the fall. What are your CFF responsibilities? Provide the strategic direction for the organization, oversee and manage personnel, to be financially responsible for the budget, development, account receivables and account payables, and the be the voice of CFF. What is your purpose? To make a difference in the lives of others, to be a change agent, and to do for others what was done for me. What inspires you? To be able to inspire and develop young people to carry on the goals of our ancestors; making a difference in the community; taking care of my family; and being a mentor to all those who feel that I am worthy. What was your 1st job? Besides babysitting? Fire and Casualty Insurance Agency What are your CFF responsibilities? Plan and implement a comprehensive fund development program to support the strategic direction of the organization. Write grants and report on grant activities. Oversee all special events, including planning, designing, marketing, solicitation of auction items, tracking and reporting of all income and expenses. Build relationships with community stakeholders to advance the mission of the development department. Oversee all communications activities, including website development and maintenance, social media, email communications, and materials. What is your purpose? To experience love! What inspires you? I am inspired by people who wish peace and equality for everyone. I am moved by those who make change using non-violence. What’s your favorite quote? My responsibilities are to coach various MASTERS sites within both Twin Rivers and Sacramento City School districts. What is your purpose? My purpose is to impact all lives that I come into contact with in a positive way.  What inspires you? Jesus Christ inspires me to be the best person and employee I can be. Facilitate anger management and domestic violence classes. What is your purpose? I have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. What inspires you? My love for God, family, friends and music. What was your 1st job? McDonalds. What are your CFF responsibilities? I oversee all of our after school programs. I work closely with the District staff, school staff, and families to make sure our program is the best that it can be. I’m in charge of hiring and keeping our sites fully staffed. What is your purpose? To always make memories. Laughter really is the best medicine. What inspires you? The desire to make each kid know that they are important and that their opinion really does matter. To show them that they too deserve respect. What’s your favorite quote? “It always works out.”

Facilitation of parenting classes, co-parenting classes, anger management classes, life skills classes and one-on-one sessions. What is your purpose? To be a blessing to as many people as possible before my time on earth expires. What inspires you? Seeing people walking away from me with a smile on their face and weights lifted after I have helped them. Then I look forward to the next opportunity.
